NIPPORA orders are prepared and dispatched from Japan.
Order preparation
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Many products use a source-after-order model, so we obtain the exact listed item, inspect it, pack it and then dispatch it.
If an item cannot be sourced as listed, we will contact you before substituting it or making any change to your order.
International shipping
Standard international shipping is currently JPY 3,000 per order for supported destinations. The exact shipping charge shown at checkout is the amount charged.
Estimated delivery is approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs processing, local carrier conditions, weather and peak periods may cause longer delays.
Shipping method availability can depend on destination, parcel weight, size and carrier restrictions. If an order requires a change that would result in additional payment, we will contact you first.
Tracking
When a shipment includes tracking, tracking information is provided after dispatch. Please monitor the carrier updates once your parcel is in transit.
Customs, duties and taxes
Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are determined by the destination country. Unless they are collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for charges assessed by local authorities.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. Contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. Once a parcel has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible and any re-delivery or return costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged to the customer.
