Where do NIPPORA orders ship from?
Orders are sourced, prepared and dispatched from Japan.
How long does order preparation take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. If an item cannot be sourced exactly as listed, we will contact you before substituting it or making any change to your order.
How long does international delivery take?
Estimated delivery is approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch. Customs processing, local carrier conditions, weather and peak periods can cause longer delays.
How much is international shipping?
Standard international shipping is currently JPY 3,000 per order for supported destinations. The exact shipping charge shown at checkout is the amount charged.
Will I receive tracking?
When a shipment includes tracking, the tracking details are provided after dispatch.
Will I have to pay import tax or customs fees?
Possibly. Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are determined by the destination country. Unless collected at checkout, they are the customer's responsibility.
Can I return an item?
Eligible unused items can be requested for return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Incorrect, damaged or defective items should be reported within 7 calendar days. Please read our Returns & Order Issues page before sending anything back.
Are all products Japan-exclusive or Made in Japan?
No. We only use claims such as Japan exclusive, limited or Made in Japan when the exact product information supports them.
